Intellectual Property All content on the Site including logos, designs, product images, text, graphics, and the Zebia brand name is the property of Zebia and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. 9. Reviews & User-Generated Content If you submit reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant Zebia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. We reserve the right to remove any content that is inappropriate, false, or violates these Terms. 11. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards Promotional codes, discounts, and offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and may be modified, extended, or withdrawn at our discretion. Gift cards/vouchers, where offered, are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash, unless stated otherwise. Zebia reserves the right to cancel orders where promotional codes have been misused or applied fraudulently. 12.
